Make your CPD declaration

We need to receive the declaration of your annual certification of continuing professional development by 31 January 2016.

I certify that between 1 November 2014 and 31 October 2015, I complied with ICAEW's CPD requirements.
I claim exemption from the CPD requirements between 1 November 2014 and 31 October 2015 and confirm that:
  • I did not provide any accountancy service (with or without reward);
  • I did not provide any other service for reward;
  • I did not act as a trustee, director of a body corporate or in any other capacity which carries with it an equivalent level of legal or financial responsibility; and
  • I have no intention of providing the services in (a), (b) or (c) in the future.

If you are currently on a maternity break, a career break or are unemployed you should not claim exemption. You should be able to declare compliance for the period of your break provided you have kept your CPD needs under review and undertaken new training and development if (but only if) you judged that you needed it.

I have NOT complied with the CPD requirements between 1 November 2014 and 31 October 2015.

If you don't comply with the CPD requirements you may face disciplinary action. If you are unsure whether you have complied, we recommend that you call the CPD helpline on +44 (0)1908 248 250 before making your declaration.
